Key Responsibilities

The Senior Account Executive will oversee a diverse portfolio of projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement high-impact strategies. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Branding & Strategy: Conduct thorough brand audits to assess market positioning, develop cohesive brand strategies, and oversee the creation of corporate identity designs (CID), packaging, and collateral materials. Lead environmental branding initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Marketing Excellence: Craft and execute digital marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, online and offline initiatives, and gamification techniques to drive audience engagement. Manage marketing calendars, ensuring alignment with business goals and seasonal opportunities.
• Digital & Technology Leadership: Perform digital audits to identify opportunities for growth, develop data-driven digital strategies, and oversee the design and development of websites and mobile applications. Provide SEO consultancy to optimize online presence and enhance user experience.
• E-commerce & CRM Integration: Develop and implement CRM strategies to strengthen customer relationships, drive retention, and boost sales. Collaborate with internal teams to execute CRM solutions that align with business objectives.
• Communication & Content Creation: Lead content creation initiatives, including social media photography and videography, to produce compelling visuals and narratives. Manage media planning and buying processes to maximize reach and engagement across channels.
• Event & Activation Management: Organize and oversee events and activations to create memorable brand experiences, fostering deeper connections with target audiences.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you must possess a proven track record in account management, strategic planning, and project execution. Ideal candidates will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an account management or senior account executive role within an agency or corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of branding, marketing, digital strategy, and CRM principles.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
