IT Specialist ( Saudi National )

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Specialist (Saudi National) to join our dynamic team, where you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our IT Service Management (ITSM) framework. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for executing critical IT functions, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring seamless support for end-users and business operations across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be tasked with a diverse range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• IT Service Management: Manage and resolve IT tickets and service requests in strict adherence to ITSM best practices, covering incident management, service requests, and basic problem-solving.
• Technical Support: Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for a variety of IT issues, including:
  • End-user hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Office 365 administration and support
  • Active Directory management, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, and basic troubleshooting
  • Networking support, such as LAN connectivity issues and basic troubleshooting
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and seamless integration of IT services across the organization.
• Application and User Support: Assist business users across various departments in utilizing applications effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
• Multi-Location Operations: Provide IT support across two physical locations—the Head Office and Factory—on an as-needed basis, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing operational demands.
• Documentation and Process Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT activities, ensuring compliance with defined IT processes and procedures.

Mandatory Requirements

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following non-negotiable criteria:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
