Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Sales: Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals in the freight forwarding and customs clearance sectors. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, customs authorities, and logistics partners to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Act as a liaison between clients and the company to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Continuous Learning & Professional Growth: Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance industry knowledge, sales techniques, and product expertise. Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to maintain a competitive edge.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, contracts, and sales activities in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Nationality: Must be a Saudi national.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, customs clearance, or sales within the logistics industry.
• Skills: Proven ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and close sales. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
• Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-driven environment.
