Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team and contribute to our marketing and social media initiatives. This position is tailored for entry-level professionals or fresh graduates with up to two years of experience who are eager to develop their skills in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing our online presence, fostering audience engagement, and driving brand awareness across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support our marketing efforts, including:

• Content Creation: Develop compelling and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including graphics, short-form videos, reels, stories, and written posts tailored to each platform’s requirements.
• Content Scheduling and Publishing: Plan, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, X (formerly Twitter), and Facebook, ensuring consistency and optimal timing.
• Community Management: Actively engage with our online audience by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner to build a strong and loyal community.
• Brand Awareness and Engagement: Implement strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement through targeted content and interactive campaigns.
• Content Planning and Campaign Support: Assist in the development of monthly content calendars and contribute to the execution of marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
• Trend Monitoring and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest social media trends and digital marketing innovations, recommending creative content ideas to keep our brand relevant and engaging.
• Multimedia Production: Capture and edit basic photos and videos for marketing purposes, ensuring high-quality visuals that align with our brand identity.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor the performance of social media campaigns and content, preparing basic reports to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, photographers, influencers, and external vendors to ensure cohesive and high-impact marketing deliverables.
• Brand Compliance: Ensure all content adheres to the company’s brand guidelines and marketing objectives, maintaining a consistent and professional image across all platforms.
• Event and Activity Support: Provide assistance in organizing and promoting marketing events, promotional activities, and other initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation. Internship experience is highly valued.
• Fluency in written and verbal English is essential. Proficiency in Arabic is considered a strong advantage.
• A solid understanding of major social media platforms and current digital marketing trends.
• Proficiency in design and content creation tools such as Canva, as well as familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic knowledge of content creation, copywriting, and digital marketing principles.
• A creative mindset coupled with a keen eye for detail to produce high-quality content.
• The ability to multitask effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic industry.
