Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Oracle Fusion SaaS Administrator to join our dynamic team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the seamless administration, configuration, and management of Oracle Fusion SaaS environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion applications, robust problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality IT solutions in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Environment Management:
  • Collaborate with Oracle to coordinate the provisioning of development, testing, UAT, and production environments.
  • Execute environment cloning, refreshes, and maintenance cycles to ensure data integrity and system availability.
  • Monitor and manage environment performance to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.
• Security & User Administration:
  • Administer user accounts, roles, and access controls within Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Cloud Service (IDCS).
  • Configure and enforce security policies to safeguard sensitive data and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Support Single Sign-On (SSO) integration to enhance user experience and security protocols.
• Application Configuration:
  • Utilize the Functional Setup Manager (FSM) to enable and configure Oracle Fusion modules according to business requirements.
  • Support setup activities, including sandbox management, to facilitate testing and development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align application configurations with organizational objectives.
• Data Management:
  • Load and manage data using File-Based Data Import (FBDI) and HDL tools to ensure accurate and timely data migration.
  • Troubleshoot data-related issues and implement corrective measures to maintain data integrity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate data accuracy and completeness.
• Monitoring & Support:
  • Monitor Enterprise Scheduler Service (ESS) jobs to ensure timely execution and resolution of batch processes.
  • Handle incidents, perform root cause analysis, and escalate issues to Oracle Support by raising Service Requests (SRs).
  • Provide timely resolutions to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
• Release Management:
  • Support quarterly Oracle Fusion updates by coordinating testing cycles and validating new features.
  • Ensure smooth deployment of updates with minimal impact on existing functionalities.
• Integration Support:
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of integrations with third-party systems and applications.
  • Monitor file transfers, APIs, and integration workflows to ensure seamless data exchange.
• Governance & Compliance:
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and changes for audit and reference purposes.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in administering Oracle Fusion SaaS applications, including hands-on knowledge of Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Cloud Service (IDCS).
• Proficiency in using the Functional Setup Manager (FSM) for application configuration and module enablement.
• Strong understanding of data loading tools such as File-Based Data Import (FBDI) and HDL.
• Basic knowledge of APIs and integration concepts to support data exchange and system interoperability.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications in Oracle Fusion or cloud technologies are a plus.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for designing and managing integrations.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) basics for cloud resource management.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
