Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Master Data Specialist to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating master data records across multiple enterprise systems, including ERP and CRM platforms, ensuring the highest standards of data integrity, accuracy, and consistency. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and Update Master Data: Accurately manage and update master data records within ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems to ensure alignment with business processes and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure Data Integrity: Conduct regular audits, validations, and reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring the reliability and consistency of master data across all systems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, finance, operations, and other departments to gather, validate, and document data requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
• Data Migration and Cleanup: Support data migration initiatives and cleanup projects to enhance data quality, eliminate redundancies, and improve system performance.
• Process Development and Documentation: Design, implement, and document master data management processes, best practices, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• User Training and Support: Deliver comprehensive training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users on master data standards, procedures, and system functionalities to foster adoption and proficiency.
• Issue Resolution: Proactively monitor data quality issues, diagnose root causes, and implement corrective actions to minimize business disruptions and maintain operational continuity.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in master data management, data administration, or a related field, or a diploma in data management, business administration, or a comparable discipline.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Excel, including advanced functions such as XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation tools, to ensure accurate data manipulation and reporting.
• Analytical Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of data accuracy and consistency.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels to convey complex data concepts clearly and concisely.
• Organizational Abilities: Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving business requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Advantage: Prior experience with data cleansing, validation tools, or enterprise data management software is considered a valuable asset.
