Key Responsibilities

• Revenue Data Integrity: Ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance in revenue recognition, leveraging advanced analytics and AI tools to mitigate risks and optimize financial reporting.
• Supplier & Customer Commercial Validation: Lead the validation of supplier offers and customer proposals, conducting rigorous financial modeling, pricing analysis, and contract exposure assessments to safeguard commercial integrity.
• Contract Financial Governance: Oversee contract lifecycle management, including clause classification, decision records (CDWR), and financial exposure assessments, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and business objectives.
• AI-First Financial Operations: Drive the adoption of AI-native workflows, generative AI tools, and automation platforms to streamline financial processes, enhance decision-making, and future-proof operational efficiency.
• Business Line Financial Advisory: Collaborate closely with cross-functional commercial teams to co-own profit-and-loss (PL) outcomes, providing strategic financial advisory and ensuring alignment between finance and non-finance leaders.
• Invoicing & AR Cash Collection: Manage accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing, cash collection, and reconciliation to maintain liquidity and operational agility.
• Multi-System Reconciliation: Bridge financial data across ERP, CRM, service management, and analytics platforms, implementing robust governance frameworks to ensure data integrity and operational cohesion.

Essential Qualifications

Candidates must possess:

• 8–10+ years of experience in financial control, commercial finance, or financial planning and analysis (FPA), with at least 2–3 years in a senior or director-level role.
• Deep expertise in managed services or IT consulting, with hands-on experience in recurring revenue models and complex service contracts.
• AI-native and automation-fluent—proven experience building or deploying AI agents, agentic workflows, robotic process automation (RPA), ERP workflow automation, and AI-powered analytics platforms. Proficiency in generative AI tools is essential, not optional.
• Mastery of revenue recognition under IFRS 15, with practical experience in complex service contracts, bundled offerings, and multi-period performance obligations.
• Multi-system reconciliation expertise, including ERP (e.g., SAP), CRM, service management, and analytics platforms, with a focus on data integrity governance.
• Commercial compliance leadership, encompassing supplier offer validation, customer proposal financial modeling, pricing analysis, contract PL modeling, and contract governance (including CDWR and financial exposure assessments).
• Strong command of SAP (FI/CO, SD, and PS modules), AI-powered analytics platforms, and modern financial technology stacks.
• Experience in managed services, technology, digital, or cloud environments, with a primary focus on recurring revenue models and account-based PL structures. Experience in project-based or multi-business-line service companies is a plus.
• Understanding of the Saudi commercial landscape, including VAT, GOSI (Government Social Insurance), Saudi Labor Law, and government procurement processes.
• Arabic fluency is strongly preferred, given the regional market context.
• Exceptional written communication skills to craft clear, concise, and decision-ready documents, including Commercial Offer Documents, Commercial Compliance Matrices, contract exposure analyses, and pre-meeting certifications.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience with contract governance frameworks, financial exposure modeling, and indemnity quantification—particularly in multi-party contracts within government or energy sectors.
• Background in regulated-sector financial control, such as government, energy, banking, or enterprise, with experience reporting to board audit committees.
• Embedded cross-functional collaboration, including experience in matrix reporting structures where finance co-owns commercial outcomes with non-finance leaders.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, SOCPA, or equivalent, demonstrating a commitment to financial excellence.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, agentic workflows, or LLM-based tools in production financial environments, further solidifying your ability to drive digital transformation.
