About the Role

We are partnering with a premier FMCG company in Saudi Arabia to recruit a dynamic Trade Marketing Specialist based in Riyadh. This role is pivotal in driving the day-to-day commercial activities that ensure our products achieve maximum visibility, availability, and performance across diverse sales channels. Key Responsibilities

• Trade and Commercial Execution: Oversee the daily execution of trade and commercial strategies to guarantee that products are not only accessible but also prominently displayed and performing optimally across all sales channels, including modern trade, traditional trade, and e-commerce platforms.
• Distributor Collaboration: Work in close partnership with distributor sales teams to drive flawless execution, address operational issues, and ensure adherence to agreed-upon action plans. Act as a liaison to bridge gaps between the company and its distribution partners.
• Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct regular market visits to assess performance gaps, including product availability, cold stock management, visibility, pricing strategies, and promotional effectiveness. Leverage data-driven insights and competitor intelligence to uncover growth opportunities and refine market strategies.
• Campaign and Activation Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of trade marketing campaigns, in-store activations, and merchandising initiatives. Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives to maximize impact and ROI.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance, distribution metrics, and market trends to identify areas for improvement. Provide actionable recommendations to enhance market penetration and drive revenue growth.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders. Take full ownership of resolving issues from inception to resolution, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in trade marketing, sales, commercial operations, customer marketing, key account management, or a related field within the FMCG, retail, consumer goods, or fast-paced consumer-facing sectors.
• Market Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of the Saudi market landscape, with proven experience navigating and driving results across multiple sales channels, including modern trade, traditional trade, and digital platforms.
