Digital Marketing Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram). Your expertise will drive lead generation, enhance brand visibility, and contribute to the overall growth of our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to maximize campaign performance and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search and Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram). Ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and optimized for performance.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Implement data-driven strategies to reduce cost per lead (CPL) and enhance conversion rates.
• CRM and Lead Tracking: Utilize CRM systems to track leads, manage follow-ups, and monitor the customer journey from initial engagement to conversion. Ensure seamless coordination between marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion efficiency.
• Analytics and Reporting: Leverage tools such as Google Analytics 4 to track campaign performance, measure KPIs, and generate comprehensive reports. Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to refine marketing strategies and drive better outcomes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals, ensuring a cohesive approach to lead generation and pipeline development. Support project launches and marketing initiatives across the real estate portfolio.
• Market Research and Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies. Apply insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

Required Qualifications:

• Saudi nationality.
• Fluency in Arabic; proficiency in English is considered an asset.
• 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management and optimization.
• Proven experience in running and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads (Search and Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
• Strong working knowledge of CRM systems for lead tracking, follow-ups, and customer journey management.
• Proficiency in using Google Analytics 4 for performance tracking, data analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel for marketing analysis, data manipulation, and reporting.
• Deep understanding of lead generation strategies, the customer funnel, and conversion optimization techniques.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams to improve lead conversion rates and pipeline efficiency.
• Availability to commence employment within 30 days or less.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in marketing real estate projects or working within the real estate industry.
