• Enhance Operational Efficiency: Design and refine process documentation, conduct quarterly hardware audits, and identify opportunities to streamline workflows for greater efficiency.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with vendors, ISPs, and internal stakeholders to coordinate repairs, warranty claims, and network maintenance while ensuring alignment with corporate standards.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends by reviewing IT publications, completing ConnectWise training, and proposing innovative solutions to elevate user experience and system reliability.
