Adoption & Measurement Analyst (BI)

About the Role

Inbox Business Technologies is seeking a skilled and analytical Adoption & Measurement Analyst (BI) to lead the development and maintenance of our measurement engine. In this pivotal role, you will design and oversee a robust KPI framework, deploy surveys, and create dynamic Power BI dashboards to monitor engagement, data literacy, and employee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

As the Adoption & Measurement Analyst, you will be responsible for the following core functions:

• KPI Framework Development: Build and maintain a comprehensive adoption KPI framework aligned with three critical metric themes: Employee Engagement, Data Literacy, and Employee Satisfaction. Ensure these KPIs are measurable, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals.
• Survey Design & Administration: Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design and deploy surveys and polls focused on awareness, satisfaction, and other key metrics. Analyze survey results, including sentiment analysis and trend identification, to extract meaningful insights.
• Dashboard & Report Creation: Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and progress-tracking reports at quarterly and annual intervals. These tools will provide stakeholders with real-time visibility into adoption metrics and program performance.
• Metric Calculation & Compliance: Calculate metrics in accordance with RFP-defined methodologies, including completion rates, attendance rates, and survey scores. Ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting to support informed decision-making.
• Insight Generation & Recommendations: Deliver adoption insights and strategic recommendations to the Change & Communications Lead, enabling data-driven adjustments to the change management program.
• Data Quality & Documentation: Uphold high standards of data quality by maintaining accurate definitions, documentation, and metadata for all measures. Ensure transparency and reproducibility in reporting processes.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Professional Experience: 4-7 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, insights, or measurement, with a preference for roles in change management, HR analytics, or program analytics.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong experience in designing and delivering dashboards, as well as conducting survey-based measurements. Proficiency in Power BI dashboard design, advanced Excel functions, and basic statistical analysis is essential.
• KPI & Metrics Expertise: Demonstrated ability to design KPI frameworks and measure adoption and change metrics effectively.
• Survey Design & Analysis: Hands-on experience with survey design tools such as MS Forms or Qualtrics, including sentiment analysis and trend identification.
• Certifications: A Microsoft PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst) certification is highly preferred but not mandatory.
• Communication Skills: Fluency in English, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
