Oracle HCM Consultant Cloud & EBS in KSA

About the Role

Nexttec Technology Outsourcing, a premier provider of technology solutions and services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Consultant with expertise in both Cloud and EBS environments. This is a permanent, on-site position based in the KSA, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects and support clients in achieving their strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in configuring, customizing, and optimizing Oracle HCM solutions to align with client requirements while ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical and Functional Support: Provide expert-level support for Oracle HCM Cloud and EBS applications, addressing client inquiries and resolving complex issues to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to analyze their business needs, recommend tailored solutions, and implement Oracle HCM configurations that enhance productivity and streamline HR processes.
• System Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Oracle HCM Cloud and EBS applications to meet specific client requirements, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Management modules.
• System Analysis and Development: Conduct comprehensive system analysis, design, and development to support the implementation of new business processes or the enhancement of existing ones within Oracle HCM environments.
• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical and functional issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud and EBS applications, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and business analysts, to facilitate the successful implementation and integration of Oracle HCM solutions across client environments.
• Stay Current with Industry Trends: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest Oracle HCM Cloud and EBS releases, updates, and best practices to deliver cutting-edge solutions and recommendations to clients.
• End-User Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training sessions and ongoing support to end-users, empowering them to effectively utilize Oracle HCM applications and maximize their potential.
• Project Planning and Documentation: Participate in project planning, scoping, and estimation activities, while maintaining accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure transparency and accountability.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and EBS applications, including implementations, upgrades, and support.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud and EBS modules, such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Integration Expertise: Experience in integrating Oracle HCM Cloud and EBS applications with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational cohesion.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, evaluate solutions, and implement effective resolutions in a timely manner.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and foster collaborative working relationships.
• Adaptability and Teamwork: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment to achieve shared goals.
• Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel to client sites across the KSA as needed to support project delivery and client engagements.
