UiPath Solution Architect

Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned UiPath Solution Architect to join our dynamic team and lead the architectural evaluation, design, and analysis of enterprise-wide systems. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between strategic vision and operational execution by translating complex client requirements into robust, scalable RPA solutions. Your expertise will ensure that our RPA implementation teams deliver high-performance, compliant, and future-ready solutions that align with client operational models and strategic blueprints. Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Leadership: Conduct comprehensive architectural evaluations, design, and analysis of client enterprise-wide systems to develop RPA solution models that optimize operational efficiency and scalability. Ensure these solutions are robust, secure, and aligned with the client’s long-term strategic objectives.
• Solution Delivery Oversight: Provide technical leadership to the RPA implementation team, ensuring that all delivered solutions meet high standards of quality, reliability, and performance. Maintain and enhance established service design procedures to uphold consistency and excellence in solution delivery.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the client’s Enterprise Architecture team to ensure that all RPA solutions remain compliant with the client’s strategic blueprints, governance frameworks, and industry best practices. Serve as a trusted advisor on UiPath implementations, custom solutions, and platform enhancements.
• Technical Guidance and Innovation: Lead the identification of customer requirements, analyze alternative solutions, and provide data-driven recommendations for software, platform, and network configurations. Drive continuous improvement by suggesting best practices for UiPath client implementations, product support, and enterprise platform optimization.
• Cross-Functional Engagement: Collaborate with IT development teams to ensure that architectural solutions are effectively translated into practical, high-impact implementations. Assist the Sales and Pre-Sales teams in client engagements to facilitate informed decision-making and maximize conversion opportunities.
• Solution Design and Execution: Plan, design, and execute complex UiPath internal and client-specific solution configurations. Provide testing assistance and guidance to implementation teams to ensure seamless deployment and validation of solutions.
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Prepare and present detailed test plans, solution designs, technical presentations, analyst briefings, and white papers to support custom solution deliverables. Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and documentation excellence within the team.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you must possess a robust combination of technical expertise, architectural experience, and industry certifications. The ideal candidate will have:

• Professional Experience: A minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 6 years dedicated to UiPath as an architect. Prior experience in application or implementation support domains is essential.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of the .NET suite, including C# or VB.NET, and hands-on experience in developing workflows and custom activities using C#. Familiarity with UiPath Studio Pro, Document Understanding, AI Centre, Action Centre, and/or Computer Vision is highly advantageous.
• Certifications: UiPath RPA Solution Architect Certification and Advanced Developer Certification are mandatory. Additional UiPath Certified Professional (UCP) credentials are preferred.
• Enterprise Architecture Insight: A strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, IT systems, and process-driven methodologies. Ability to analyze and optimize complex workflows and integrations.
• Communication and Presentation: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in preparing RFPs, RFQs, estimations, and other technical documentation is a valuable asset.
• Cloud and Integration Knowledge: Basic understanding of UiPath deployment architecture and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. Prior experience with third-party integrations, including Abby, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or SharePoint, is a significant plus.
