• High Availability and Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain robust disaster recovery plans, including Data Guard configurations, Always On Availability Groups, and replication strategies. Conduct failover testing and ensure seamless recovery processes to minimize downtime and data loss.
• Security and Compliance: Enforce stringent security best practices, such as Oracle Data Redaction, Always Encrypted, and role-based access control (RBAC). Implement encryption protocols, auditing mechanisms, and advanced security features to safeguard sensitive data and comply with regulatory standards.
• Exadata Operations: Manage Exadata infrastructure with expertise in storage configuration, Intelligent Storage Pools, and In-Memory technologies. Optimize performance through InfiniBand networking and integrate Exadata features with Oracle databases for superior scalability and reliability.
• Automation and Scripting: Develop complex scripts and tools to automate administrative tasks, reducing manual effort and improving operational workflows. Monitor database health using advanced tools and troubleshoot complex issues, such as performance bottlenecks or data corruption, to ensure system stability.
