Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Oversee and expand Dr. Scent’s presence on key social media platforms in Saudi Arabia, including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), and LinkedIn. Develop and execute content strategies that resonate with the target audience while maintaining brand consistency.
• Content Planning & Execution: Design, schedule, and publish high-impact content that aligns with marketing objectives and cultural trends in the Saudi market. Ensure content is optimized for each platform to maximize reach and engagement.
• Paid Advertising Campaigns: Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads. Leverage data-driven insights to refine targeting, improve performance, and achieve cost-effective results.
• Community Engagement: Actively manage online communities by responding to customer inquiries, addressing feedback, and fostering meaningful interactions. Maintain a strong brand reputation through proactive and professional engagement.
• Influencer & Partnership Management: Identify, onboard, and collaborate with influential Saudi content creators, media partners, and agencies to amplify brand messaging. Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that drive authentic engagement and conversions.
• Strategic Alignment & Reporting: Work closely with Dr. Scent’s Head Office in the United Arab Emirates to ensure seamless integration with regional marketing strategies. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Performance Analysis: Prepare comprehensive performance reports highlighting key metrics, ROI, and areas for optimization. Present findings to stakeholders and propose data-backed strategies to enhance digital marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Social Media and Digital Marketing, with a focus on the Saudi market.
• Proven expertise in managing paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
• Deep understanding of Saudi consumer behavior, cultural nuances, and digital trends to tailor strategies effectively.
• Experience in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns, including negotiation and performance tracking.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to craft persuasive and culturally relevant messaging.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting data to drive strategic decisions.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
