Key Responsibilities

As the Associate Manager Infrastructure Services, your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Leadership: Assist in developing and executing infrastructure strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day management and operation of infrastructure services, ensuring high availability, performance, and security while troubleshooting complex technical issues with precision.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, security, and business teams to understand their infrastructure needs, and contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Process Improvement: Drive the adoption of best practices and process enhancements to streamline operations, reduce downtime, and improve resource utilization across infrastructure services.
• Documentation and Compliance: Develop and maintain comprehensive infrastructure documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports, to ensure transparency, accountability, and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Resource Optimization: Analyze and optimize resource allocation for infrastructure projects and tasks, balancing cost-effectiveness with performance and scalability requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Foster clear and effective communication with team members, clients, and leadership to ensure alignment, address concerns, and drive collaborative problem-solving.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you will bring a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and a proactive mindset. We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. An advanced degree (e.g., Master’s or MBA) is a significant advantage.
• Experience: A minimum of 6+ years of relevant industry experience, with at least 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role within infrastructure services. Your background should demonstrate a strong foundation in infrastructure technology management, including experience with cloud platforms, data centers, networking, or virtualization.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including cloud solutions (e.g., Azure, AWS), virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), and networking protocols. Familiarity with DevOps practices, automation tools, and ITIL frameworks is highly valued.
• Certifications: While not mandatory, certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are a strong asset and demonstrate your commitment to staying ahead in the field.
