Oracle EBS Technical Lead

Position Overview

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a global leader in IT services, consulting, and business solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Oracle EBS Technical Lead to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As part of our MEA operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical excellence of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) implementations and support projects, ensuring seamless integration across financial, supply chain, and human resources modules. Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead the design, development, and management of integrations across Oracle EBS modules, including Financials, SCM, and HRMS, as well as external systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical best practices.
• Integration Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in integration technologies such as XML, XSD, WSDL, XSLT, XQuery, REST, JSON, and HTTP/HTTPS protocols. Leverage expertise in SSL, Keystores, and certificate management to ensure secure and reliable data exchange.
• Adapter Configuration: Configure and manage a variety of adapters, including DB, JMS, File, FTP, LDAP, Coherence, REST, and SOAP, as well as Proxy/Business Services and Pipeline Configurations. Develop a foundational understanding of Mediator, BPEL, Data Sources, and JNDI to optimize system performance.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with functional consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve issues, and ensure the successful delivery of project deliverables. Foster a collaborative environment to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Documentation & Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including Solution Designs, Functional Specifications, Setup Documents, SIT/UAT Test Scripts, Reporting Requirements, and Training Materials. Ensure clarity and precision in all technical and functional communications.
• Communication & Team Integration: Exhibit exceptional communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. Actively contribute to integrated project teams, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment with project goals.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Oracle EBS implementations and support projects, with a proven track record in integration leadership roles.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture, data models, and integration best practices to drive scalable and efficient solutions.
• Hands-on experience with integration technologies, including XML, XSD, WSDL, REST, JSON, and web services, with a strong understanding of security protocols such as SSL and certificate management.
• Proficiency in configuring and managing various adapters and middleware components to facilitate seamless data flow across systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
