Key Responsibilities & Requirements

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• Advanced Technical Expertise: A Bachelor’s or B-Tech degree in Engineering or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a supervisory capacity within Building Management Systems (BMS), Hard Services, or Facilities Management (FM).
• Specialized System Knowledge: Deep proficiency in BMS operations and maintenance, including HVAC systems, chillers, pumps, lighting controls, fire alarm systems, and firefighting equipment. Experience in Predictive Preventive Maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance strategies, commissioning, snagging, and Defects Liability Period (DLP) management is essential.
• Leadership & Team Development: Proven ability to lead and supervise a team of 12+ technicians, ensuring high performance, skill development, and adherence to technical standards. Strong leadership skills, combined with exceptional problem-solving and client-service orientation, will drive operational success.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent command of English for clear communication with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders. Your ability to translate technical complexities into actionable insights will be critical in this role.
• Strategic Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset to identify inefficiencies, implement corrective measures, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance system reliability and energy efficiency.
