Enterprise Resources Planning Manager – Strategic Leadership for ERP Excellence

Are you a visionary ERP leader with a proven track record in driving enterprise-wide transformation? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Resources Planning Manager to spearhead the strategic implementation, governance, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud across Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Human Capital Management (HCM) for a multi-hospital group. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker who can align ERP capabilities with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance while leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value.

In this influential position, you will own the end-to-end ERP strategy, roadmap, and governance framework, ensuring alignment with the organization’s growth initiatives and operational excellence. Your leadership will be instrumental in managing Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, vendor relationships, and program governance, while driving process standardization, automation, and adoption across finance, supply chain, and human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will span strategic oversight, program management, and operational excellence, ensuring the ERP ecosystem delivers tangible business outcomes. Key areas of focus include:

  • ERP Strategy and Governance: Develop and own the group-wide ERP strategy, roadmap, and operating model, translating business priorities into structured ERP initiatives with measurable outcomes. Align ERP capabilities with hospital operations and expansion plans to drive scalability and efficiency.
  • Program and Vendor Management: Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud across Finance, SCM, and HCM, managing partners, vendors, and service providers. Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and change requests while establishing clear acceptance criteria for deliverables. Monitor contractual commitments, resource performance, and value realization, and chair steering committees, design authorities, and executive escalations.
  • Finance Systems Leadership: Govern Oracle Financials processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and financial reporting. Ensure seamless integrations between the Hospital Information System (HIS) and Oracle Fusion, supporting revenue reconciliation, payroll-to-GL, bank reconciliation, and ZATCA compliance. Collaborate with Finance to enhance closing efficiency, controls, and reporting accuracy while promoting automation.
  • Supply Chain Excellence: Oversee Procurement, Inventory, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Contracts, and Supply Chain Execution. Improve item-master governance and synchronization between clinical and ERP systems, supporting pharmacy replenishment, barcode/QR transactions, inventory accuracy, and supplier collaboration. Promote adherence to Oracle standard functionality while minimizing customizations.
  • Human Capital Management: Lead the oversight of Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Performance, Workforce Planning, and Oracle Time and Labor. Drive the replacement or integration of attendance and workforce scheduling systems, ensuring payroll accuracy, employee-data integrity, and compliance with government HR platforms. Enhance self-service adoption among employees and managers.
  • Integration, Data, and Security: Govern integrations among Oracle Fusion, HIS, attendance systems, banks, government platforms, and third-party applications. Define interface ownership, monitoring, reconciliation, and error-handling protocols. Establish enterprise master-data standards, ownership, and data-quality controls. Ensure role-based access, segregation of duties, least privilege, auditability, and regulatory compliance.
  • Delivery and Operational Excellence: Control requirements, solution design, data migration, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover, Go-Live, and hypercare phases. Define release-management, incident-management, and problem-management processes. Ensure critical defects and reconciliation issues are resolved before production deployment. Establish service levels and operational dashboards for ERP availability, incidents, and vendor performance. Maintain business continuity, rollback, and disaster-recovery readiness.
  • Adoption and Value Realization: Drive process standardization and reduce manual workarounds and spreadsheet dependency. Coordinate training, super-user networks, and organizational change management initiatives. Track adoption metrics, automation benefits, productivity gains, and financial/operational outcomes. Establish continuous-improvement plans post-implementation to sustain long-term value.

This role is ideal for a seasoned ERP professional who thrives in a dynamic, multi-hospital environment and is committed to delivering transformative results. Your strategic vision, technical expertise, and leadership will be instrumental in elevating our ERP capabilities to support the organization’s vision of excellence in healthcare delivery.
