Position Overview

Reza Investment Company Ltd., a leading enterprise based in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Laundry Application Expert to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Application and System Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of laundry management software and applications to streamline workflows, track inventory, and enhance productivity. Ensure seamless integration with existing systems to maximize operational efficiency.
• Process Optimization: Analyze current laundry processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement. Develop and implement best practices to enhance turnaround times, reduce waste, and improve overall service delivery.
• Equipment and Technology Oversight: Monitor the performance of laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and pressing machines, to ensure optimal functionality. Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot issues, schedule preventive maintenance, and recommend upgrades or replacements as needed.
• Quality Assurance and Compliance: Uphold stringent quality standards by conducting regular inspections of cleaned and processed items. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as company policies and industry best practices.
• Team Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training to laundry staff on the use of applications, equipment operation, and safety protocols. Serve as a technical resource to address queries and resolve operational challenges promptly.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate and analyze performance reports to assess key metrics such as cycle times, resource utilization, and customer satisfaction. Present insights to management to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely procurement of materials, spare parts, and software updates. Maintain strong relationships to foster collaboration and resolve logistical issues efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Alternatively, a combination of relevant experience and certifications in laundry management or industrial operations will be considered.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with laundry management software, ERP systems, or industrial automation tools. Familiarity with IoT-enabled laundry equipment and data analytics platforms is a plus.
• Industry Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in laundry operations, textile care, or a related industrial environment, with a proven track record in process optimization and application management.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to troubleshooting are essential.
• Communication and Leadership: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively train teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and present reports. Leadership qualities to mentor staff and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in laundry management, industrial hygiene, or equipment maintenance are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred to ensure clear communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.
