What You’ll Do:

• Develop Clear and Concise Microcopy: Craft compelling, user-friendly text for buttons, labels, error messages, tooltips, and other interactive elements that guide users effortlessly through their journey.
• Collaborate with Designers and Developers: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align written content with design and technical constraints, ensuring a cohesive and polished user experience.
• Conduct User Research: Leverage insights from user feedback and behavior to refine messaging, ensuring that our content speaks directly to the needs and preferences of our audience.
• Create Content Frameworks: Develop style guides, tone of voice guidelines, and content patterns that maintain consistency and brand integrity across all touchpoints.
• Optimize for Clarity and Accessibility: Ensure that all written content is inclusive, easy to understand, and adheres to accessibility standards, making our products welcoming to a diverse user base.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep abreast of emerging trends in UX writing, content strategy, and digital communication to continuously elevate the quality of our user interactions.

About You:

• Passion for user experience and a deep understanding of how language shapes interactions.
• Proven experience in UX writing, content creation, or a related field (entry-level candidates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply).
• Strong grasp of writing for digital interfaces, including microcopy, error messages, and instructional content.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and product managers.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to creating inclusive, accessible content.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) and an asset if bilingual or multilingual.
