As a Beauty Advisor, you will represent MADI International’s esteemed brands with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring customers leave with not just products, but confidence in their choices. Whether in retail outlets, salons, or during special events, your ability to connect with clients, educate them on product benefits, and drive sales will be instrumental in achieving our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Ambassadorship: Act as the primary advocate for MADI International’s beauty and personal care brands, delivering compelling product demonstrations and showcasing their unique value propositions to customers.
• Customer Engagement: Build meaningful relationships with clients by offering personalized advice, ensuring they feel valued and informed, which will strengthen brand loyalty and repeat business.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain visually striking and well-organized product displays that captivate attention and reflect the premium quality of our brands.
• Sales Excellence: Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets by leveraging your product knowledge and persuasive communication to drive conversions.
• Event and Campaign Support: Actively participate in product launches, promotional events, and in-store campaigns to amplify brand visibility and engagement.
• Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance and customer feedback to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.

Requirements:

• Saudi Nationality: Mandatory for this role, reflecting our commitment to local talent and community engagement.
• Industry Experience: Proven experience in promotions, retail, or sales—preferably within the beauty or personal care sector—demonstrating your ability to thrive in a customer-facing environment.
• Communication & Personality: A confident, outgoing, and charismatic demeanor with exceptional interpersonal skills to connect authentically with diverse audiences.
• Passion for Beauty: A genuine enthusiasm for beauty, cosmetics, and personal care products, with a keen eye for trends and an eagerness to stay updated on industry innovations.
