Key Responsibilities

• Lease Management: Oversee the negotiation, drafting, and execution of lease agreements with landlords, mall management, and other stakeholders to secure optimal terms for store locations.
• Opportunity Identification: Proactively scout and evaluate new retail locations and leasing opportunities that align with our brand’s strategic objectives and market positioning.
• Store Expansion Support: Collaborate with internal teams, including real estate, store development, and legal departments, to facilitate timely store openings and ensure compliance with all leasing requirements.
• Lease Renewals and Negotiations: Manage the renewal process for existing leases, renegotiating terms where necessary to maximize value and minimize costs while maintaining strong landlord relationships.
• Commercial Terms Analysis: Conduct thorough financial and commercial assessments of lease proposals to ensure alignment with budgetary and profitability goals.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a liaison between external parties (landlords, mall operators) and internal stakeholders (finance, legal, store operations) to streamline processes and resolve any leasing-related challenges.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Professional Experience: A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in retail leasing, mall leasing, or real estate, with a proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing lease agreements.
• Negotiation and Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex terms clearly and persuasively to secure favorable outcomes for the organization.
