As a CAFM Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing facility performance by leveraging advanced software solutions to streamline maintenance, asset tracking, and operational workflows. Key Responsibilities

In this full-time, on-site role, your responsibilities will include:

• CAFM System Management: Maintain and update CAFM or Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) to ensure accurate tracking of maintenance activities, asset inventories, and space utilization across all managed facilities.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Collect, validate, and analyze facility data to generate insightful reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for senior management. Support strategic planning by providing actionable intelligence on asset lifecycle, cost efficiency, and operational optimization.
• Work Order Coordination: Collaborate closely with maintenance teams, operational staff, and external service providers to ensure seamless documentation of tasks related to HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, safety protocols, and hygiene services.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for system optimization and continuous improvement, aligning processes with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between technical, operational, and administrative teams to foster efficient communication and ensure alignment on facility management objectives.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to internal standards and external regulations while maintaining up-to-date records for audit and compliance purposes.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of CAFM or IWMS platforms, with hands-on experience in data entry, asset management, and reporting. Familiarity with maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a significant advantage.
• Facilities Operations Expertise: A strong understanding of facilities management processes, including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, safety protocols, and cleaning/hygiene services.
• Analytical and IT Skills: Ability to interpret complex data, generate performance reports, and leverage tools such as databases, spreadsheets, and office software to support decision-making.
• Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical specialists, operations staff, and administrative personnel.
• Organizational Excellence: High attention to detail, strong multitasking abilities, and the capacity to manage priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
• Education and Certification: A diploma or degree in facilities management, building services engineering, or a related technical field. Professional certifications in CAFM, facilities management, or asset management are highly desirable.
• Industry Experience: Proven experience in facilities management, building operations, or a similar role within commercial or public sector environments, with preference given to candidates with regional experience in Saudi Arabia.
