Key Responsibilities

As an IT Technical Engineer, your core responsibilities will include:

• System Installation & Configuration: Assist in the installation, configuration, and deployment of IT equipment, including servers, workstations, networking devices, and peripherals, adhering to best practices and company standards.
• Project Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects, from planning and implementation to testing and deployment, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Issue Resolution & Monitoring: Proactively monitor IT systems and networks to identify potential issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to maintain optimal performance and reliability.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate technical documentation, including user guides, system configurations, incident reports, and project documentation, to ensure clarity and compliance.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including IT support, development, and management, to address technical requirements, escalate issues when necessary, and facilitate seamless communication.
• Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and system administration to enhance your technical expertise and contribute innovative solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Fresh Graduate Eligibility: Open to recent graduates with limited professional experience, eager to launch their career in IT technical engineering.
