Key Responsibilities:

• System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain IT systems, including servers, workstations, and peripherals. Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices to safeguard sensitive data.
• Web Development: Develop and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and programming languages. Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to create user-friendly, responsive, and high-performance digital experiences.
• Database Management: Design, optimize, and manage databases to support web applications. Ensure data integrity, security, and efficient querying to enhance system performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, designers, and business teams to align technical solutions with strategic objectives. Participate in agile development cycles and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct workshops to empower employees with essential IT skills. Maintain up-to-date documentation for systems, processes, and troubleshooting guides.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in IT support and web development, with a portfolio or projects demonstrating your technical capabilities.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or Python.
• Experience with web frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js, and familiarity with backend technologies such as Node.js, Django, or Laravel.
