Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of responsibilities, ensuring end-to-end ownership of AI solutions:

• Architect and Deploy Advanced NLP and LLM Solutions: Design and implement state-of-the-art NLP and LLM-based systems tailored for real-world applications, ensuring they are scalable, performant, and aligned with business objectives.
• Translate Research into Production: Convert cutting-edge research findings and experimental models into production-ready systems, leveraging your expertise in model optimization, deployment, and monitoring.
• Build Scalable ML Pipelines: Develop and maintain robust machine learning pipelines that ensure high performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency, while adhering to best practices in software engineering.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product, engineering, and data science teams to integrate AI models into Hudhud’s platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences and operational excellence.
• Drive Model Innovation: Conduct rigorous experiments, evaluate model performance, and continuously optimize for accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness using the latest advancements in NLP and LLMs.
• Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Remain at the forefront of developments in NLP, LLMs, and generative AI, ensuring our solutions leverage the most advanced techniques and frameworks.

Qualifications & Core Expertise

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in both academic and industrial ML/NLP environments. Your background should reflect a blend of technical depth and practical experience:

• Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, with a strong focus on NLP or AI.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in ML/NLP, with at least 3+ years specializing in LLMs, including hands-on experience with model development, fine-tuning, and deployment.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Deep expertise in NLP techniques, including transformers, embeddings, and sequence models, with a strong understanding of their applications in real-world scenarios.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, covering fine-tuning strategies, prompt engineering, and model evaluation methodologies.
• Practical knowledge of LLM frameworks such as LangChain and Haystack, enabling the development of sophisticated LLM-powered applications.
• Solid grasp of ML system design, deployment strategies, and production environments, ensuring models are scalable, maintainable, and high-performing.
• Software Engineering Skills:
• Proficient in Python and major ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Strong command of software engineering principles, including version control (Git), testing methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with distributed systems, RESTful APIs, and microservices architectures to support scalable AI solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) for deploying AI models at scale.
