Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and managing digital infrastructure investments. Core responsibilities include:

• Investment Strategy and Execution: Provide expert advice on the identification, selection, and ongoing management of digital infrastructure assets, ensuring alignment with the fund’s strategic objectives and risk parameters.
• Transaction Support: Lead the underwriting process, negotiate favorable terms, and oversee the preparation and execution of closing documentation for infrastructure investments.
• Investment Proposals and Analysis: Prepare comprehensive investment proposals, recommendations, and memos for internal review and approval, demonstrating a deep understanding of market trends, financial metrics, and risk factors.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with external fund managers, partners, and industry stakeholders to facilitate seamless transaction execution and post-investment value creation.
• Market and Sector Insights: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities in digital infrastructure, including data centers, fiber networks, cloud services, and related technologies.

• Experience: Substantial hands-on experience in digital infrastructure investments, with a focus on developed markets. Prior exposure to fund management or direct investment roles is highly desirable.
