Key Responsibilities

As a Watersports Instructor, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering Exceptional Guest Experiences: Lead engaging, high-quality watersports sessions that inspire guests to explore new adventures, progress through training programs, and return for more. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will set the tone for an unforgettable experience.
• Ensuring Operational Excellence: Maintain strict compliance with venue-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), international regulations, and safety protocols to guarantee seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
• Equipment & Facility Management: Oversee the cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness of all watersports equipment and facilities to ensure a pristine and safe environment for guests.
• Promoting Watersports Culture: Actively advocate for and promote all watersports activities—both within your direct scope and across the broader project—fostering a culture of adventure and inclusivity.
• Collaborative Leadership: Participate in regular reviews with management to provide insights on operational performance, guest feedback, and areas for continuous improvement.
• Data-Driven Reporting: Contribute to accurate and timely functional reports, ensuring transparency and alignment with corporate and operational goals.
• Sustainability & Compliance: Adhere to environmental, safety, and quality management policies to promote responsible tourism practices and legislative compliance.
