Position Overview

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager - CCU Crisis Readiness (DEL 3) to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. This critical role is designed for a strategic leader who will oversee and enhance our crisis readiness protocols within the Customer Care Unit (CCU). The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational resilience, mitigating risks, and maintaining high standards of service excellence during high-pressure situations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will collaborate with cross-functional departments to develop, implement, and refine crisis management strategies that align with Qiddiya Investment Company’s long-term vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

The Manager - CCU Crisis Readiness (DEL 3) will be entrusted with a diverse range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Strategic Crisis Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive crisis readiness plans tailored to the unique challenges of the Customer Care Unit, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities within the CCU, and implement proactive measures to mitigate identified risks before they escalate into crises.
  • Team Leadership and Training: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of crisis readiness professionals, fostering a culture of preparedness, accountability, and continuous improvement through targeted training programs and performance evaluations.
  • Operational Resilience: Establish and maintain robust operational frameworks that enable the CCU to respond swiftly and effectively to crises, minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless service delivery to stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the CCU and other departments, including IT, Legal, and Communications, to ensure cohesive crisis response strategies and streamlined communication channels during critical incidents.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of crisis readiness initiatives, providing regular reports to senior management to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all crisis readiness protocols adhere to local and international regulations, as well as Qiddiya Investment Company’s internal policies, to maintain compliance and avoid potential legal or financial repercussions.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in crisis management, leveraging innovative solutions to enhance the CCU’s readiness and response capabilities.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and competencies:

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Crisis Management, Risk Management, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), Project Management Professional (PMP)) is highly desirable.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in crisis management, business continuity, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity. Prior experience in the Customer Care Unit or a customer-centric environment is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in crisis management software, risk assessment tools, and data analytics platforms. Strong knowledge of ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management) and other relevant standards is advantageous.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated capacity to thrive in high-pressure environments and make critical decisions under tight deadlines.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
