Key Responsibilities:

• Venue Operations Leadership: Oversee all aspects of venue management, including staff supervision, scheduling, and coordination of events to ensure seamless execution from start to finish.
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs proactively and delivering personalized, high-touch service to exceed expectations.
• Financial & Operational Excellence: Monitor venue performance metrics, optimize resource allocation, and implement cost-effective strategies to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
• Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team of venue staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards while mitigating risks associated with event operations.
• Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with internal teams to align venue offerings with market trends, client demands, and business growth objectives.
• Marketing & Brand Advocacy: Promote BOUNCE’s venues through targeted marketing initiatives, showcasing their unique features and capabilities to attract high-profile events.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in venue management, event operations, or a similar leadership role within the hospitality or event industry.
• Strong command of English (both written and spoken) with proficiency in Arabic being a significant advantage.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with event planning software, POS systems, and venue management tools is a plus.
• Certifications in event management, hospitality, or risk management are highly desirable.
