Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement forward-thinking strategies to elevate Bupa Arabia’s operational and service capabilities, ensuring alignment with global best practices and regional market trends.
• Capability Development: Lead initiatives to enhance our core competencies in healthcare delivery, digital transformation, and customer experience, leveraging data-driven insights and industry benchmarks.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including clinical, operational, and IT leaders, to drive cohesive execution of strategic projects and ensure seamless integration of new capabilities.
• Regulatory and Compliance Expertise: Stay ahead of regulatory changes and industry standards, advising leadership on compliance strategies and best practices to mitigate risks and ensure operational resilience.
• Innovation and Change Management: Champion innovation by identifying emerging trends, evaluating new technologies, and guiding the organization through transformative changes with a focus on sustainability and scalability.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in strategic management or healthcare innovation are a plus.
• Proven experience (8+ years) in strategic capabilities, operational excellence, or healthcare transformation within a multinational or regional organization.
• Deep understanding of healthcare systems, regulatory environments, and industry trends, particularly in the Middle East or GCC region.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management abilities to drive collaboration and alignment across diverse teams.
• Familiarity with digital health technologies, process optimization frameworks, and change management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate strategic vision to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
