In this pivotal role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance with visa applications, processing updates, and general inquiries. As a Tele Caller in our organization, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that each interaction is handled with accuracy, empathy, and efficiency. Your primary objective will be to provide clear and concise information regarding visa requirements, application status, and procedural guidelines while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction. This role demands a proactive approach, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Engage with clients in fluent Malayalam to address their queries, provide visa-related information, and offer guidance on application procedures. Ensure all interactions are documented accurately in the company’s CRM system.
• Visa Application Support: Assist clients in understanding the necessary documentation, eligibility criteria, and processing timelines for various visa categories, including work, study, and visit visas.
• Follow-Up and Updates: Proactively follow up with clients to provide status updates on their visa applications, ensuring they are informed of any developments or additional requirements in a timely manner.
• Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to senior management when necessary, ensuring resolutions are achieved promptly and to the client’s satisfaction.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, including call logs, notes, and follow-up actions, in compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the visa processing team, sales department, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Qualifications and Skills

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Malayalam and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the visa or immigration industry, or a related field such as travel, hospitality, or call center operations.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic computer applications. Experience with call center technology is a plus.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and active listening skills, with the ability to empathize with clients and build rapport in a professional manner.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, capable of resolving issues independently while escalating complex matters to the appropriate team members.
