• Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing actionable insights to the sales team and management.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including retailers, distributors, and end-users, by delivering personalized service and resolving inquiries promptly.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics using CRM systems and other tools, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the furniture, bedding, or retail industry.
• A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse customer segments effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable; additional languages are a plus.
