• Proactive Risk and Issue Management: Identify and communicate potential risks or technical challenges to stakeholders, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies are implemented to safeguard project success.
• Technical Knowledge and Innovation: Stay abreast of evolving technologies, industry trends, and Hexagon’s product roadmap to drive continuous improvement and innovation in system support and deployment.
• Collaborative Pre-Sales Engagement: Work closely with the sales team to provide technical insights, lead presentations, and support pre-sales efforts, ensuring our solutions align with client expectations and requirements.
• Stakeholder and Client Relations: Represent Hexagon with professionalism and integrity, fostering strong relationships with clients and internal teams to enhance collaboration and trust.
