Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, your primary focus will be on:

• Business Process Optimization: Partner with local business teams to assess and enhance current ERP and manufacturing solutions, ensuring alignment with evolving operational needs. Actively challenge stakeholders to refine requirements and propose innovative solutions that drive efficiency and productivity.
• Solution Development & Configuration: Lead the configuration and development of IT systems, including ERP platforms (with a preference for Oracle NetSuite), WMS, MES, logistics solutions, and other production-relevant applications. Ensure high-quality delivery by managing tasks from estimation and planning to execution, while maintaining adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration: Coordinate with external partners and suppliers, facilitating technical clarifications, change management, and quality assurance. Act as a liaison between IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions and foster long-term partnerships.
• Documentation & Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and solution changes. Share best practices and technical expertise with users to promote continuous improvement and knowledge retention within the organization.
• Agile & DevOps Leadership: Apply agile development methodologies and DevOps principles to streamline software delivery lifecycle processes. Drive iterative improvements and ensure timely delivery of backlog items while maintaining alignment with business goals.
• On-Call & Flexible Support: Provide on-call support for critical manufacturing systems to ensure operational continuity. Occasionally adjust working hours to accommodate production schedules and urgent system requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, you must possess a blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and a passion for driving digital transformation in manufacturing. We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Education: A university degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, with a strong foundation in IT systems and business processes.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in IT solution development, with a proven track record in manufacturing environments. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:
• ERP systems, particularly Oracle NetSuite (highly preferred), or SAP.
• Application management of production-relevant tools such as WMS, Planning, MES, or Logistics solutions.
• BI/reporting tools, including Microsoft Power BI.
• Understanding of IT/OT landscape requirements in manufacturing.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with:
• Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP solutions.
• Microsoft Power BI and other BI/reporting tools.
• WMS, MES, Planning, and Logistics solutions in manufacturing.
• Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Arabic, with strong communication and negotiation abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders.
