As the Ctrl & Rpt Assoc Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining rigorous financial oversight across Distribution Centers (DCs), 3PL, 2PL, hyper DCs, stockiest, and distributors. Your expertise will be instrumental in reviewing bad debt, legal statuses, and Accounts Receivable (AR) aging reports, while also evaluating CCPF requests to support healthy sales performance. By leveraging data-driven insights from dashboards and KPI reviews, you will empower leadership with actionable intelligence to refine strategies and enhance profitability.

This role demands a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in financial modeling, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work under tight deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of financial reports and operational updates while maintaining alignment with broader business objectives. Your ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders will be essential in driving transparency and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Oversight and Compliance: Manage monthly field closing activities for Distribution Centers (DCs) and ensure adherence to financial controls, bad debt reviews, and legal status evaluations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales teams to refine go-to-market strategies, ensuring operational excellence and revenue growth.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Support supply chain initiatives, including I2C activities, and maintain control over third-party logistics (3PL, 2PL) and distribution networks.
• Market and Performance Analysis: Conduct regular market visits, review AR aging reports, and evaluate CCPF requests to identify trends and opportunities for financial improvement.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize dashboards and KPI reviews to provide leadership with real-time insights, enabling informed strategic decisions.
• Financial Modeling and Analysis: Develop and refine financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven Financial Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and drive operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical and Strategic Mindset: Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend actionable solutions.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Exceptional skills in collaborating with finance planning teams, sales, supply chain, and other departments to streamline processes.
• Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners effectively.
• Education and Experience: Preference for candidates with an MBA or equivalent professional certifications such as CPA, CIMA, CA, or ACCA. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the FMCG sector or a related field is required.
