As a key member of the Learning and Development (L&D) team, you will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align learning initiatives with Qiddiya’s ambitious vision—transforming visionary projects like entertainment, sports, and cultural experiences into reality. Your expertise will ensure that learning solutions are not only engaging and effective but also scalable, measurable, and deeply integrated into the organizational culture.

In this dynamic role, you will:

• Design and Develop Impactful Learning Programs: Create innovative, data-driven learning experiences that address the evolving needs of learners across all levels of the organization. Leverage instructional design frameworks to develop e-learning modules, workshops, and blended learning solutions that drive performance and innovation.
• Lead Strategic Learning Initiatives: Partner with senior leadership to identify critical skill gaps and design targeted learning interventions that support Qiddiya’s strategic objectives. Ensure alignment with industry best practices and emerging trends in corporate learning.
• Drive Engagement and Adoption: Foster a culture of continuous learning by championing employee engagement, leveraging technology, and ensuring seamless delivery of learning content. Utilize analytics to measure impact and refine programs for maximum effectiveness.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with HR, operations, and business units to ensure learning solutions are tailored to meet the unique needs of diverse stakeholders. Act as a bridge between learning objectives and business outcomes.
• Innovate with Technology: Explore and implement the latest learning technologies, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), virtual reality, and AI-driven tools, to enhance the learning experience and drive efficiency.
