Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Jewelry Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at our newly established branch in Jeddah. In this full-time, on-site role, you will play a pivotal part in driving sales and enhancing customer experiences by providing expert guidance on our exquisite collection of gold jewelry and bullion. Your role will involve engaging with customers, understanding their preferences, and facilitating seamless transactions while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales and Customer Engagement: Welcome customers into the branch, present our premium products, and address their inquiries with precision and enthusiasm. Assist in converting leads into sales by demonstrating the value and craftsmanship of our jewelry and bullion offerings.
• Inventory Management: Organize and maintain merchandise displays to ensure an appealing and accessible shopping environment. Collaborate with the branch manager to rotate and relocate products strategically, optimizing customer engagement and sales opportunities.
• Transaction Processing: Generate accurate sales and purchase invoices, process receipts, and manage disbursements through the company’s system. Ensure all transactions are executed with the utmost attention to detail and compliance with company policies.
• Inventory Control: Monitor and secure merchandise to prevent shortages or discrepancies. Work closely with the branch manager to reconcile gold inventories, conduct semi-annual and annual inventory checks, and implement necessary reorganizations to maintain operational efficiency.
• Support and Collaboration: Assist the branch manager in achieving sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the branch. Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily operations and uphold the company’s reputation for excellence.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in jewelry retail, money exchange, or luxury retail sectors.
• Location: Must be based in or near Jeddah to ensure consistent on-site availability.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel and Word.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and foster long-term relationships. Demonstrated sales acumen and a results-driven mindset.
