As a **Security Architect**, you will be the strategic visionary responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing robust security frameworks that safeguard an organization’s most critical assets. Key Responsibilities

Your work will encompass a broad spectrum of security initiatives, including:

• Strategic Security Design: Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices that align with industry regulations and emerging threats. Design and implement secure architectures for networks, including LANs, WANs, VPNs, firewalls, and PKIs, while ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Threat Intelligence & Risk Mitigation: Continuously monitor for security gaps, conduct vulnerability assessments, and recommend enhancements to fortify defenses. Proactively identify and address potential threats before they materialize, ensuring proactive risk management.
• Incident Response & Recovery: Lead the organization’s response to security breaches with swift, decisive action. Conduct thorough post-incident analyses to refine protocols and prevent future occurrences. Develop and execute disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of security awareness and continuous learning. Provide technical guidance, share expertise, and elevate the capabilities of the security team through training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to security standards, regulations, and internal policies. Maintain compliance documentation and conduct regular audits to validate the effectiveness of security measures.
• Emerging Technologies & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by researching and evaluating new security technologies, cryptographic methods, and authentication protocols. Implement scalable solutions that balance business needs with robust security requirements.
• Reporting & Strategic Insights: Compile and analyze security data to generate actionable reports. Present findings to leadership, advocating for data-driven security investments and improvements.

Qualifications & Expertise

To excel in this position, you must possess:

• 10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, with at least 4+ years in a Security Architect role, demonstrating a proven track record in designing and implementing secure enterprise solutions.
• Deep expertise in information security and IT risk management, with a focus on security, performance, and reliability. A thorough understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, and emerging technologies.
• Proven ability to architect secure systems, including network infrastructures, firewalls, VPNs, PKIs, and intrusion detection systems. Experience in specifying and deploying security hardware and software solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex security landscapes, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend actionable solutions.
• Leadership and mentorship capabilities, including the ability to train, guide, and empower team members to uphold the highest security standards.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly preferred but not mandatory if equivalent experience is demonstrated.
