Key Responsibilities

As a Product Engineer at Sarj AI, your responsibilities will include:

• Client-Centric Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales teams to deeply understand client objectives, pain points, and desired outcomes, translating these insights into innovative, actionable solutions.
• Solution Architecture and Development: Design, build, and integrate tailored AI-driven solutions using Sarj AI’s advanced platforms and tools, ensuring seamless functionality and scalability.
• Prototyping and Demonstration: Develop prototypes, websites, and lightweight tools using modern AI-assisted and low-code/no-code methodologies to accelerate innovation and demonstrate value to clients.
• Client Engagement and Presentation: Lead client-facing demos, addressing technical, product-related, and scope inquiries with clarity and confidence to drive adoption and satisfaction.
• Iterative Refinement: Gather feedback from clients and stakeholders, iterating on solutions to ensure alignment with evolving requirements and business goals.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to refine technical specifications, explore new capabilities, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Project Handoff: Facilitate a smooth transition of delivered projects to Operations, equipping teams with comprehensive documentation and requirements for ongoing support.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a detail-oriented, client-focused professional with:

• 1+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in Product Engineering, Business Analysis, or a related field, ideally within technology startups or innovative companies.
• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent communication skills in both Arabic and English, with a strong command of the Saudi dialect to effectively engage with local clients and teams.
• Technical and Creative Mindset: A strong aptitude for problem-solving, coupled with a creative approach to designing solutions that balance technical feasibility with user needs.
• Client-Facing Expertise: Comfortability working directly with clients, presenting complex ideas clearly, and building rapport to drive successful project outcomes.
• Interest in AI and Emerging Tech: A passion for AI advancements and a willingness to explore new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance solution delivery.
• Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Experience with APIs, integrations, or low-code/no-code platforms; prior work in solutions consulting, pre-sales, or technical client-facing roles; and familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools.
