Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a diverse range of critical functions, ensuring that investor communications are accurate, timely, and tailored to meet the needs of our stakeholders:

• Investor Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for investors, managing and maintaining an up-to-date investor database to ensure seamless engagement. Respond to inquiries with precision and professionalism, providing clear, concise, and actionable information to build investor confidence.
• Meeting and Reporting Coordination: Organize and facilitate regular investor meetings, ensuring that presentations and updates are well-prepared, insightful, and aligned with the firm’s strategic narrative. Develop and distribute comprehensive quarterly and annual fund performance reports, delivering transparency and fostering trust.
• Presentation and Materials Development: Create compelling investor decks, fund updates, and presentation materials that effectively communicate our investment strategies, performance, and future outlook. Tailor content to resonate with diverse investor audiences, including institutional and individual stakeholders.
• Fundraising Support: Contribute to the development of Private Placement Memorandums and other fund marketing materials, ensuring consistency and accuracy in messaging. Assist the investment team with investor-side due diligence, providing critical insights and support to facilitate smooth and successful fundraising initiatives. Coordinate the signing process for Subscription Agreements, ensuring compliance and efficiency throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Investment, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure that all investor-facing materials and communications are accurate, compliant, and aligned with regulatory requirements. Support senior management in preparing board-level materials related to investors, contributing to strategic decision-making and governance.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional with a strong foundation in investor relations, asset management, or investment banking. Your background should reflect a commitment to excellence, integrity, and a customer-centric approach. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field, complemented by 2–5 years of relevant experience in investor relations, asset management, or investment banking.
• Exceptional bilingual communication skills, with fluency in both Arabic and English, enabling effective engagement with a diverse and international investor base.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, allowing you to articulate complex financial concepts with clarity and persuade stakeholders with confidence.
• A results-driven mindset, with the ability to anticipate investor needs, resolve inquiries promptly, and contribute strategically to fundraising and investor relations initiatives.
