Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise housekeeping teams to ensure all cleaning tasks, room turnover, and maintenance activities are completed to Marriott’s high standards.
• Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation and adherence to operational timelines.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, placing orders as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
• Resolve guest concerns related to cleanliness or room conditions promptly and professionally, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff to uphold Marriott’s commitment to quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Front Office and Maintenance, to ensure smooth property operations.
• Implement and enforce company policies, health, safety, and environmental protocols to maintain a secure and compliant workplace.
• Utilize technology and property management systems to track performance metrics and optimize workflows.
