Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the following core duties:

• Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of security personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies, local regulations, and industry best practices. Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and professional growth.
• Security Operations: Oversee daily security operations, including access control, surveillance, and emergency response protocols. Conduct regular risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential threats.
• Incident Response: Lead incident investigations, coordinate with local law enforcement when necessary, and ensure compliance with Hilton’s incident reporting procedures. Maintain detailed documentation of security incidents and follow-up actions.
• Compliance and Policy Enforcement: Ensure full compliance with Hilton’s global security standards, local laws, and regulatory requirements. Stay updated on evolving security threats and industry trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Guest and Employee Safety: Collaborate with hotel management to address security concerns, conduct safety audits, and promote a culture of awareness and preparedness among staff and guests.
• Emergency Preparedness: Develop and oversee emergency response plans, conduct drills, and ensure all team members are trained to handle crises effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Education and Experience: A bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field is preferred. A minimum of **5 years of progressive experience** in security supervision, preferably within the hospitality or high-security environment, is required.
• Certifications: Possession of a valid security supervisor certification (e.g., ASIS CPP, SIA Supervisor License, or equivalent) is highly advantageous.
• Leadership and Communication: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey instructions, report incidents, and liaise with stakeholders.
