Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Program Manager - Launch and Expansion, Amazon Now Launches to join our dynamic team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end launch and expansion of Amazon Now’s services, including:

• Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive launch and expansion strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring timely and efficient rollout of services across new markets.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including logistics, operations, marketing, finance, and legal teams, to align on goals, resolve dependencies, and drive cohesive execution of programs.
• Operational Excellence: Identify process inefficiencies, implement best practices, and leverage data-driven insights to enhance operational performance, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all launch and expansion-related activities, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and accountability among teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Risk Management and Mitigation: Proactively assess risks associated with program execution, develop contingency plans, and implement measures to mitigate potential disruptions to service delivery.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success, track progress, and provide regular updates to senior leadership, including detailed reports on milestones, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance service offerings, optimize resource allocation, and leverage technology to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) is highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in program management, operations, or supply chain management, with a proven track record in launching and scaling new services or products in fast-paced environments.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and data analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with logistics and delivery operations is a plus.
• Leadership and Communication: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams, coupled with strong verbal and written communication abilities to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Analytical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize program outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
