Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of responsibilities, ensuring the robust performance and continuous improvement of our SailPoint IIQ platform:

• Platform Operations & Support: Conduct daily monitoring, health assessments, and operational support for SailPoint IdentityIQ, guaranteeing high availability and performance. Manage incident, problem, and operational support activities with precision, minimizing downtime and resolving critical issues promptly.
• Integration & Configuration: Develop, configure, and enhance workflows, connectors, rules, and business processes to align with evolving enterprise needs. Maintain and expand integrations with enterprise applications, directories (such as Active Directory and LDAP), and identity sources using REST APIs, SCIM, and JDBC.
• Identity Lifecycle Management: Oversee Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes, provisioning, de-provisioning, access requests, and role-based access control (RBAC) to ensure seamless user onboarding, offboarding, and access governance.
• Access Governance & Compliance: Support access certifications, reviews, and audits to maintain regulatory compliance and mitigate risks. Align IAM policies with organizational and industry standards to uphold security and governance best practices.
• Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis: Diagnose and resolve complex SailPoint issues through systematic root cause analysis (RCA), leveraging your expertise in Java, SQL, and technical architectures to devise scalable solutions.
• Change & Deployment Management: Lead change, release, and deployment activities across IAM environments, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.
• Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational runbooks. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide technical guidance to stakeholders and support teams to foster a culture of continuous learning.

Core Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, you must possess a robust technical foundation and hands-on experience in the following areas:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a proven track record of driving IAM strategies and solutions in enterprise environments.
• Minimum 5 years of specialized experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), including implementation, administration, and troubleshooting, demonstrating deep expertise in identity governance and access control frameworks.
• Proficient in core technologies: SailPoint IdentityIQ, Active Directory (AD), LDAP, SQL, Java, REST APIs, SCIM APIs, and JDBC integrations.
• Expertise in identity lifecycle processes: Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML), provisioning, de-provisioning, access request management, and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Strong understanding of access governance: Access certifications, reviews, policy management, and compliance requirements to ensure alignment with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Troubleshooting acumen: Ability to perform root cause analysis (RCA) and resolve complex technical issues with efficiency and innovation.
