• Risk Mitigation & Value Engineering: Assess the implications of design modifications, engineering deviations, and Value Engineering proposals on safety, constructability, lifecycle performance, and cost efficiency. Provide data-driven recommendations to mitigate technical risks and enhance project resilience, ensuring that every phase of development adheres to strategic objectives and regulatory mandates.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Governance: Act as the technical liaison between HanmiGlobal, consultants, contractors, government agencies, and regulatory bodies to coordinate approvals, resolve technical challenges, and promote best practices. Your ability to facilitate multidisciplinary design reviews, workshops, and stakeholder engagements will be instrumental in fostering innovation and continuous improvement throughout the program lifecycle.
• Executive Reporting & Decision Support: Prepare concise yet comprehensive technical assessments, executive summaries, and actionable recommendations for senior management and the client. Your clarity and precision in communication will empower informed decision-making, ensuring that technical complexities are translated into actionable strategies that advance the project’s success.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, you must bring a robust blend of technical acumen and leadership experience:

• Professional Credentials: A **Bachelor’s Degree** in Civil Engineering, Highway Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related discipline, complemented by **Chartered Professional membership** or equivalent accreditation, demonstrating your commitment to industry standards and ethical practice.
• Industry Expertise: A minimum of **fifteen (15) years** of hands-on experience in road engineering, highway design, transportation infrastructure, or large-scale land development projects. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in **PMCM, PMC, consultancy, developer, or client-side roles**, particularly on major infrastructure programs within the **Saudi Arabia or GCC** region.
• Core Competencies: Your expertise should span critical domains such as road and highway engineering design review, urban road networks, pavement engineering, junction and interchange design, transportation integration, and regulatory compliance. Equally important are your skills in engineering assurance, constructability reviews, value engineering, and technical risk assessment—all of which will enable you to deliver solutions that are not only technically sound but also cost-effective and sustainable.
• Leadership & Communication: A proven track record of **strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management** is essential.
