Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between the fund and capital partners, custodians, and regulatory bodies, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and financial commitments through proactive coordination and monitoring.
• Comprehensive Reporting and Compliance: Develop and submit high-impact monthly and quarterly fund reports to custodians and regulatory authorities, adhering to strict deadlines and maintaining absolute accuracy in financial and operational data.
• Board and Regulatory Support: Facilitate the execution of Board of Directors’ resolutions by translating strategic decisions into actionable operational plans, collaborating seamlessly with internal teams to ensure cross-departmental cohesion.
• Investor Communication and Documentation: Partner with the Fund Manager to prepare investor-facing materials, including presentations, corporate memoranda, performance reports, and financial analyses, ensuring clarity, precision, and alignment with investor expectations.
• Fund Structuring and Compliance: Contribute to the documentation and structuring of new funds, overseeing compliance procedures with the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and maintaining systematic tracking of regulatory requirements.
• Documentation and Knowledge Management: Manage, secure, and archive critical fund documentation—including development agreements, custody agreements, meeting minutes, and legal contracts—while ensuring accessibility and integrity for internal and external stakeholders.
• Financial and Operational Collaboration: Work closely with the Financial Analyst to ensure data accuracy and facilitate seamless information flow across the organization, supporting informed decision-making at all levels.
• Regulatory Vigilance: Stay ahead of CMA updates and emerging regulatory trends in real estate funds, proactively briefing the Fund Manager on potential impacts and mitigating risks before they materialize.
• Project Pre-Qualification and Screening: Assist in evaluating and pre-qualifying prospective fund projects by reviewing Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ) and Expressions of Interest (EOI), contributing to the selection of high-potential opportunities.

Technical Proficiency

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• A deep understanding of real estate fund structures, CMA regulations, and the Saudi capital markets ecosystem, including key institutional stakeholders such as investment companies, custodians, and developers.
• Exceptional proficiency in financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and investment metrics (e.g., IRR, ROI) to support data-driven decision-making.
• Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, modeling) and PowerPoint (executive presentations) to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
• Strong analytical and legal acumen to interpret and track contractual obligations, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks in high-stakes environments.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic, with impeccable professional writing and reporting skills to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in real estate funds, capital markets, asset management, or real estate development, with hands-on exposure to CMA-regulated entities.
• A proven track record of driving compliance, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence in fast-paced financial environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
