Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Radiology Specialist to join our esteemed medical team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of injuries and illnesses through advanced imaging techniques and clinical expertise. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional patient care, ensuring accurate diagnoses, and providing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. This position offers a dynamic work environment where your clinical skills and patient education will play a critical role in improving health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

The Radiology Specialist will perform a variety of clinical tasks to support patient care and treatment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Patient Assessment and Documentation: Conduct thorough patient evaluations, document clinical findings, and maintain accurate medical records to ensure continuity of care.
• Diagnostic and Treatment Planning: Design and implement individualized patient care plans, including ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests to inform treatment decisions.
• Patient Education and Counseling: Provide patients with clear, concise information about their health conditions, required investigations, treatment options, and medication usage. Educate patients on health promotion strategies and disease prevention measures to empower them in managing their well-being.
• Medication Management: Prescribe medications as necessary, ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines and patient safety protocols.
• Collaboration and Specialized Tasks: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care. Perform additional duties based on your specialty and clinical privileges, as assigned by management to meet organizational needs.

Work Environment and Schedule

This position is based in a fully indoor clinical setting, ensuring a controlled and professional environment for patient care. The standard work schedule includes six working days per week, with one designated day off for rest and rejuvenation. Daily working hours are structured as follows:

• Morning Session: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
• Afternoon Break: 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
• Evening Session: 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Please note that Emergency Room (ER) Physicians may be subject to shift-based schedules, which will be communicated separately by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery from a recognized university, with a strong academic foundation in clinical sciences.

Experience

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience following the completion of a Master’s degree or eligibility to sit for the board examination in the specialty.

Technical and Language Proficiencies

• Computer Skills: Proficiency in office software and health information systems to manage patient data and streamline clinical workflows.
• Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Arabic, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with diverse patient populations and healthcare teams.
