Key Responsibilities:

You will lead first and second-level technical support, resolving complex hardware, software, network, and system issues with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will extend to the installation, configuration, and maintenance of critical IT infrastructure, including:

• Computers, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
• Network equipment, Wi-Fi systems, and internet services
• Microsoft 365 services, email accounts, and Active Directory
• Cybersecurity protocols, endpoint protection, and access controls

As an IT Engineer, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of IT assets, from procurement and inventory management to equipment allocation and lifecycle tracking. You will collaborate closely with external vendors and service providers to ensure seamless IT procurement, licensing, and technical support. Additionally, you will play a key role in IT project initiatives, system upgrades, and migrations, driving continuous improvement in our technological capabilities.

Your responsibilities will also include supporting employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining comprehensive IT documentation, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity policies. You will provide on-site IT support for project offices and remote locations, guaranteeing uninterrupted operations across all facets of our business.

• System Administration: Extensive experience managing user accounts, permissions, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 services to maintain secure and efficient IT environments.
• Network Management: In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure, including connectivity, Wi-Fi, switches, and internet services, to ensure reliable and scalable network operations.
• Hardware Expertise: Hands-on experience with computers, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices, enabling you to maintain and upgrade hardware efficiently.
• IT Asset Management: Proven experience in tracking inventory, managing equipment lifecycles, and coordinating procurement to optimize IT resource allocation.
• Vendor Coordination: Strong ability to liaise with external IT service providers and suppliers, ensuring seamless delivery of technical solutions and support.
• Security Awareness: A solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, endpoint protection, and access controls to safeguard our digital ecosystem.

Additionally, you must hold a formal qualification in IT Support or a related field, with proficiency in IT management tools and ticketing systems. Fluency in English is essential, reflecting our global and inclusive work environment.
